“Take therefore no thought for the marrow: for the marrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof” Matthew 6:34

Do not worry about what tomorrow will bring. The more you worry about tomorrow the less you worry about today. Stay focused on today because tomorrow is not promised.

Live today, love today. Take your spouse out for a nice date, go get your nails or hair done, go buy that video game that you’ve been eyeballing, take your family on a boat ride, give your dog some loving, read a whole book in a day, go exercising, take some time to rest a little, be a blessing to someone else, tell someone that you’ve hurt that your sorry, forgive people for their wrong doings against you, forgive yourself, give your life to God, or talk to God.

There are a number of things that we can do with these 24hrs that God has given us. So why would we waste those hours wondering about what we will do tomorrow? What will we eat? How will we pay our bills? How will we get to work? How will my children get to school? What will I buy for Christmas? What will i wear to work?  How will Trump treat America? When will Jesus come save us all? All of these whats, hows, and whens about tomorrow and the far future will cause you to waste time today. Thus, you will miss out on something.

Today your life can end at any moment. You can be alive today and dead tomorrow. NO ONE knows when God will decide to bring us home, therefore we shall live today as our best day. We shall love harder today, we shall run faster today, we shall pray more today, we shall be more today. Today we will be happier than yesterday, we will smile brighter and laugh harder! We are children of God and worrying is not in our genetic makeup!

Are you up to the challenge?
